ABOUT
DesignCC is a senior-led design execution team based in Suzhou, China.
Every designer on the team has 10+ years of experience. Not mid-weight. Not junior.
Senior, across brand identity, campaign visuals, packaging, print, and digital.
We work as an embedded execution layer for agencies and brands that need consistent, high-quality design output — without the overhead of hiring, managing, or babysitting.
You brief us. We handle it. You open your laptop the next morning and the work is done.
· Why we exist ?
Most external design support creates a second job: explaining the brief twice, chasing updates, reviewing work that misses the point, starting over. We built DesignCC to eliminate that loop. Our team operates on a simple principle: understand the brief deeply before touching anything, ask the right questions upfront, and deliver work that doesn't need to come back. The result is a revision cycle that typically closes in 0–3 rounds. Not because we're lucky. Because we front-load the thinking.
· The timezone advantage
We're based in GMT+8. For agencies and brands in Europe and North America, this means execution happens while you sleep. You send the brief at end of day. We work through the night. You wake up to completed work. No delay. No waiting. Just progress.
· Who we work with
Agencies between 5–50 people that have more work than bandwidth. In-house brand and design teams at scaling companies that need elastic capacity without headcount. Founders and operators who need senior design output but not a full-time hire.
We don't sell packages. We provide execution capacity.
Here's what that means in practice.
What we handle:
· Brand identity and visual systems
· Campaign visuals and marketing assets
· Packaging and print design
· Presentation design
· Social and digital content
· Brand book assembly and guidelines documentation
· If it's a design deliverable, we can execute it.
How we work?
You send us a brief — as detailed or as rough as you have. We ask the right questions upfront, align on direction, and deliver.
Most projects close in 0–3 revision rounds. Complex brand systems typically run 4–6 weeks. Ongoing execution support runs on a monthly cycle, pause or stop anytime.
Pricing
· Trial Sprint — $2,000
One week. One or more deliverables. Full refund if the output doesn't meet your standard.
· Monthly Partnership — from $5,000/month
Ongoing execution capacity. Pause anytime with 5 business days notice. You only pay when we're active.
· All source files are yours. Always.
How do I know the quality will be consistent?
Every project is handled by senior designers with 10+ years of experience. We don't use junior talent to reduce costs. The team that handles your trial is the same team that handles your ongoing work.
What if I'm not happy with the output?
The trial sprint comes with a full refund guarantee. If the work doesn't meet your standard, you don't pay. After the trial, if you're not satisfied with any delivery, we fix it — that's what the revision rounds are for.
How does briefing work?
Send us what you have. A rough direction, a reference, a problem statement. We'll ask the right questions to fill the gaps. You don't need a perfect brief to get started.
Can I pause or stop anytime?
Yes. Monthly partnerships can be paused or stopped with 5 business days notice. No long-term contracts. No penalties.
Who owns the files?
You do. All source files, all deliverables, transferred to you on completion. If we ever stop working together, everything gets handed over cleanly.
What's your timezone and response time?
We're based in GMT+8 (Suzhou, China). For European and North American clients, this means we work while you sleep. Response time during our working hours is typically under 2 hours. You'll hear from us before your day starts.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, without hesitation.
Have you worked with Western clients before?
Our portfolio includes brand systems for technology companies, DTC consumer brands, and institutional identity projects. We're actively building our Western client base — which is exactly why our trial pricing is set to make the first step as low-risk as possible.
